At the end of this year, we’re starting again with a new group of young maintenance professionals.
The aim of the Young WCM Smart Maintenance Innovation program is to enhance your innovation skills and professional network, by challenging you in our program in such a way that you and the smart maintenance innovations you’re working on have more impact on your maintenance organization. Each participant is invited to bring in their own innovation case.
One of the challenges of the program is to get each one’s innovation the furthest with regard to planning and preparation and connect it to your own maintenance innovation network.
During the Young WCM program, you will be invited for (digital) site visits and get connected to multiple WCM projects, Universities, and other institutes that can help you in your innovative endeavors. The group is kept small on purpose (around 15 participants), such that the teachings of the 3 masterclasses can be applied to your own case.
The dates for the Young WCM master class sessions are: Tuesday and Wednesday 6-7 December 2022, Tuesday and Wednesday 20-21 December 2022, and Tuesday and Wednesday 24-25 January 2023.
